Good Instruction Manual for Ghosthunters

I've read quite a lot of books on the subject of ghosts and hauntings. This is one of the few that seems to make an attempt to categorise types of ghosts. I also read with interest the section on how to conduct your own ghosthunt (the book calls this a "vigil"). I have always wondered how I could start out doing this, and the book lays out the steps very clearly. The other thing that I found interesting was to compare the approach on the book with the ghosthunting sessions seen on I've seen on tv recently. Compared with the book, the tv progs seem to make no attempt to try and analyse what is happening. One last thing, the bibliography at the back gives a very impressive list of further reading. DB

Outstanding book

I've read a couple of books on the subject on ghost. This book was the first that dealt with not only about different types of ghost but also gave information on how to conduct a ghosthunt by: organizing people, how to do interviews, equipment, and how to document the vigil. I was very pleased with the information. ;-)
