I have read many books on manifesting. Getting Your M and M's gave me simple exercises that work. The book is written so simply even a twelve year old could grasp the concepts and the meditations and exercises are short and effective enough that a busy mom or corporate executive could implement them with ease. The focus of the book is on men and money however the techniques shared will cross over into all aspects of you life.
