Eye Opener

This book was a tremedous help to me as I got ready to put a house on the market. The two most important items for me were; 1. Do not overprice your house: I did this with another listing and lost out big time. After everyone came and looked, never to return, my listing became stale and was forgotten. I will never do that again! This book explains this very well. 2. Staging your house for sale: I wasn't a believer in this at all. I thought people looking for a home would look past all your stuff and use their own imagination and after reading this book I realize this is not true. It is of the utmost importance to have it looking as inticing as possible and ALL the nic nacs need to be packed up and put away. I found this book to be immensely helpful and recommend it to anyone getting ready to sell a house.
