Introduces a basic German vocabulary and the first principles of German grammar through word-association techniques. This description may be from another edition of this product.
This book was exceptional by the fact Mr. Gruneberg greatly simplified a system of memory keys so one could remember what the purpose of the effort was all about remembering the material (German language). Usually the only thing you remember is some complicated memory system but his "Link Word" process was not the case you remembered the material. Great book for fast review or for first timers going abroad with some language skills.
Linkword German A+++++

I had a very basic knowledge of the language when I acquired this book. I was going to Germany to live for 6 months, and needed something to help me learn the language - fast!The book recommends that you think about each image for 10 seconds, however, as you might expect, some are easier to memorise than others.. All said, I went through the book (except the bits that weren't relevant to me) in 2 weeks, and haven't looked back since!An excellent book- can't understand why this method has not been adopted for use in schools!
