missing book 1

the description stated all five books in the series were included. the first book is missing. bought this set for my wife for Christmas, epic fail. so lame

Was worried at first after reading the reviews...

But much to my surprise all the books were there. Some said they only got one, but I received the whole set. Very happy to add them to my shelves!

Incomplete

Only received 4 of the 5 books. Even worse, the missing book is the first one! Very disappointing!

So excited to purchase this 5 book set and to only receive 1 out of 5 and the fact that it's the 3rd book and you can't read it out of order is so much more depressing than not getting any of the purchased items. Exactly what I expected.

Made the order before i read reviews. Read reviews after the order was processed. Tried to cancel. Couldn't. Waited in dismay expecting one book. Got all 5 in the set. Very pleased with my purchase.

I don’t understand…

I ordered the boxed set of this and spent $50. I was on the fence when thinking about buying this anyway but then I received only one book? I’m really not happy about this at all and hopefully customer service can help me. I should have read the reviews before buying. Don’t buy from this person/store.

very disappointing

i ordered two boxed SETS and only got one of the first book and one of the second book, this was supposed to be an anniversary gift but now that’s not happening, also they look nothing like the picture, they look like bibles

Only One Book Came

I was so excited to receive this set, but only one book arrived. I’ve contacted customer service and hopefully they’ll be able to help me. Don’t order this set! I’m not sure if I was scammed or not, but there’s still hope for you!

You get lion king. This is false advertising based on the description

I'm not even currently discussing the book.

The first, "hard cover" option on this list is not A Song of Ice and Fire, it's a Lion King story book. This should be fixed as soon as possible.
