Geometry for Enjoyment and Challenge Blue

Poem and dedication to this book. This is as I recall to my knowledge the 3rd edition. I have to give love and pay homage, this book filled with so much knowledge. Its in the color of blue, doesnt matter the color this book is true. This geometry book has the most knowledge out of any books its off the hook, will have other books that are watered down dumbed down shook. This book filled with abstract proofs, to get your mind thinking critically. Complicated Congruent triangles in copious amounts to surmount, covered in chapter 3 to 5. This book prepares you well for deductive and inductive reasoning to add to the seasoning of reasoning. Chapter two vertical angles and other proofs on angles to mangle and untangle you have to be keen and ferocious like a Bengal or if ur not on ur pees and qs u can be on tangled web u weave. It can therefore be atrocious so u therefore have to be a dedicated student or be someone who is precocious this is not for everybody, but if u have a long life quest to quench your thirst of geometry. 50 percent of this book is on proofs chapter 1-8. Ch. 6 is my favorite is on proofs of triangles in three dimensional planes. Chapter 7 is on the hypotenuse leg theorem and measures of polygons. Ch.8 proofs on similarity on triangles. Ch.9 trigonometry Ch.10 measures of segments and angles in polygons, secants includes some abstract proofs on chords and tangents. Ch.11 areas of polygons and circles, great chapter problems involving 30 60 90 and 45 45 90 triangles, problems ranging from a thru d. problems that are really unique finding the areas of grazing of a cow using radius and apothem. ch.12 solid geometry ch.13 coordinate analytic geometry. ch.14 locus, ch. 15 inequalities ch. 16 deriving theorems thales, and other greek mathematicians. all in all for the most part this book is progressive if u fail to miss on some stuff it correlates it builds up its like in a business if u make a loss on one unit u cant make up the loss in volume because in total the stuff surmounts. in other words, this book you cant beat around the bush you have to master each chapter or else you can get yourself in a hole, great book for upper division and if you are going to become an engineer, math major or need honors geometry or geometry on your college transcript, if college recruiters looked at this book for a prereq this would be a great factor to put into consideration its the most challenging book out there. 5 stars if you did not realize it.
