great recipes

This book delivers solid recipes interspersed with photography that makes you want to dive right in. I have it on my coffee table at times while still putting it to use in the kitchen. There is a lot of flexibility with the book - from it, I have made casual family type meals as well as prepared a menu with a bit more technique necessary for a dinner party. Great all around. One of the best I have in my cookbook collection.
