In the immediate aftermath of 9/11, another high-profile terrorist plot is in the works, this time on the west coast of the United States. Devin McLaren, former counter-terrorist agent and current security specialist, is drawn in because of his past, and old enemies: his former boss with the NSA and a mysterious olive-skinned man. All three have connections to Geneva in the bad old days.
