Not Satisfied

I like the book and ordered a hard copy after reading it on Kindle. It is in great shape BUT arrived with some food, looking like strawberry jam, on the front cover. It was still fresh and moist. I couldn't clean off the red stain it left. This is poor packaging and handling. Someone eating lunch while packing?? Just yuck.
