Sample - Not for Sale

The book arrived quickly and does not appear to have been handled a lot. However, it is very disappointing that every page has "Sample" and "Not for Sale" printed across in large font letters which greatly distracts from the text. Rating revision. After sending a message to customer service they said they will send me another copy of the book. Customer service deserves 5 stars for their quick response and for resolving the problem.
