Good starter book for fat loss and muscle gain

It's title muscle gain, but its good for overall nutrition and diet advice for a healthier immune system and healthy body and to help you in your goals to gain muscle or lose fat. It also describes the major free weight excercises and how to perform them and the benefits of doing them for maximum fat loss and muscle gain. It's good for a newbie new to fat loss or muscle gain. Its slightly outdated on the supplement end, but most of the advice is still solid. He is selling it at 97 dollars(ripoff) for the book, forum membership,scale, tape measure and fat caliper. So if you want just the book for a much cheaper price this is the best place to get it.
