Add this book to your MUST READ list

FUSE is full of insights and practical advice, both for boomers and millenials (20-somethings through early 30's, born 1975-1995 - you know, that privileged generation that exited the womb with a laptop). It really helped me see things from both sides of the fence, as a boss who wants to understand what makes a millennial tick and as an employee, early in his/her career, trying to figure out how the career game really works. As a boomer, I really appreciated getting a glimpse of what it's like being in the proverbial other person's shoes. And as a search consultant, I liked the ideas on recruitment. It's an easy read, intuitive, and best of all, positive and upbeat. Andrea Jupina, author, THE RECRUITERS' RESEARCH BLUE BOOK - A HOW TO GUIDE

FUSE is "Spot On"

FUSE...will help ignite business leadership to understand the issues they currently face as they blend their Boomer employees with the new, "entry-level millennials", (ELM's). Make sure you understand the needs and wants of your ELM's, how will they be your change agents for your future success. The book had many great take aways... Jim Finkelstein, wrapped the book around humor, real world situations, personal experience, and call to action points, to ignite your business.

FUSE is Fabulous

FUSE is enlightening, inspirational, funny, warm, honest, orginal, solid, readable and blessedly brief. Everyone who wants to hire good people should have a copy of FUSE. So should everyone who wants to find the right work. John Caple, author, Finding The Hat That Fits.
