Necessary outlines for the paralegal. Check your local court rules for specifics. This is a required book for my litigation course in college. Absolutly perfect for my needs.

I working in about 3 years. i am a Motion clerk, calendar clerk...a little bit everything and i need this book. There are everything from forms, examples to "step-by-step" from A to Z. I don't know about some "college or law school" students ))) but i really glad that i have this book.
