This book was purchased to support a college class. For a student with limited work experience this book will provide sound fundamental ideas for how human resource management works. For a returning student, such as myself, this book is a good refresher regarding how processes and concepts apply to the working environment. Overall, this will be one of those books that will be found on my bookshelf in my office.

Human Resource Book

This was a good purchase. It saved me over $40 dollars from the used price of the book at my school. One thing I didn't know until I got the book was that it was going to be an international edition. Everything is the same, I just didn't know so it was kind of cool. I have never had one before
