The main characters are a couple, self-married using strings instead of gold, then legally, maybe a new technique that might interest readers. The job of their office it is to find and stop hideous criminals not reached by the law. The OCO couple does track an audacious, Einsteinian, monomaniac with much difficulty to his fortress in the boondocks of Panama where he makes rockets with nuclear heads to launch against supposed enemy nations.
