Great, doable ideas for family closeness

This book has great ideas for family togetherness and team building! Timeless ideas that bring the family together and with a sense of fun. My two boys were excited to try the ideas I took from this book. As a single divorced mom I felt my kids and I were drifting apart so I wanted to find ways that would get us feeling more like a team. My favorite is the Family Council Meeting. It’s something for them to look forward to and it’s when they receive their allowance. They can air their grievances and we work together to find a solution. This is especially helpful as kids get closer to teen years! These activities help bring trust and closeness and I feel like the yelling and arguments have decreased because of it. Definitely recommend!
