Not just verbal diarrhea

Lauren's greatest flaw is her acid tongue and penchant for verbal diarrhea. After breaking off her engagement and wallowing in a six-month pity party, she discovers that the great aunt she has not seen in over a decade has left her a fully furnished house. Originally intending to sell it, she instead decides to live in it, and soon discovers that he free gift is actually a money pit in need of costly repairs, along with an assortment of eccentric neighbors, particularly elderly Patty who helps her to recall the aunt she barely remembers, and Patty's orphaned grandson, who soon takes a shine to Lauren, bringing out the inner-nurturer in her. A new romance with hunky taxidermist Ethan helps pass the time when her mouth gets away from her and alienates her from her best friend. How long can she keep it in check before she pushes Ethan away too? French's humorous chick lit romance is pretty funny, though readers will want to put a muzzle on Lauren after awhile (particularly her interactions with her brother Tim). It's no wonder her folks relocated to Florida! French has a knack for dialogue and that is what makes this an above average story.

I'm full...

Full of It is just that. It's full of wonderful characters that you just grow to love. It's full of moments that make you laugh and smile. It's full of happiness, pain, heartache, love and emotional growth. It's a book that anyone can and should enjoy. I enjoyed it so much and didn't want to put it down. I finished it in a day! After reading all of Wendy French's book, I'm really looking forward to her next one too!
