After spending fifteen years building a retirement dream in the hills of San Miguel De Allende Guanajuato Mexico, Victor Gutierrez realizes only three days after retiring in 2014 that the dream will turn into a nightmare unless he finds something to occupy himself. He and his wife Susan embark on plan to convert their hobby farm into a self sustaining agri-tourism venue focused on olive products. At the start they have no knowledge of olive growing and olive oil making. They soon find themselves not only able to make olive oil but with a product very much in demand. Their well though out plan rapidly becomes a reality impacting every aspect of their life. They finally realize that their project has launched them into a major career change and that their retirement only lasted those first three days.Their project maximizes the utilization their business skills learnt on Madison Avenue and of their past investments in Mexico. In the process they positively impact the lives of many but non more than that of the family that has been under their employ since 1999.
