Identifies unconscious patterns, shows the way out

This kind and lively book gives case studies on four relational patterns that sabotage intimacy and create loneliness. The Romancer, The Pleaser, The Loser, and The Loner all yearn for love but can't see how their own actions block the love they need. You will see your friends and loved ones, and, more importantly, you will see yourself. The authors show exactly the risks that each type of person needs to take to break free of comfortable if unsatisfying behaviors and orientations. My sister sent me this book with her strong recommendations, and she was right (of course).
