From Far away was the best book ever!

The story was the best book I ever read! This is my favorite because she moves from a place that is far away. Then she moved to Canada because a war started and part of there roof fell in the house. When the family got to Canada, Saoussan had to go to school and she saw the things she wasn't used to so she screamed. That's why I loved this book.

hilarious and wonderful book i've ever read!

I think that the book was hilarious. The book was good because and it was really thrilling. My favorite part of the story is when it was Halloween and she said that they were going to shoot each other. The funniest part of the story is when she crawled under the table and went to the restroom. My favorite character was Saoussan. The illustrations were amusing. The book made me think of some time when I was small and I peed in my pants. I would recommend my friends to read this book cause it's really thrilling.

A Fantastic Book

From far away is a amazing for little children!This book is very interesting! Saoussan is a character with a great sense of humor in the story. I'll give you a hint, whenever Robert Munsch writes a book there is a surprise at the end. My favorite part in the story was when Saoussan learned how to speak English. I know that every person that reads this book is going to enjoy it!

I loved this book!

I could really relate to this book because when I first read it, I was in a new environment too. The story is really real, and Munsch is one of my favourite authors.

Incredibly touching!

I am a teacher in a daycare and I work with children who come from different backgrounds and cultures all over the world. I have probably read this book fifty times and it still makes me cry. The kids think I'm nuts
