Great Book

I love this book. It gives such a great personal view of the sixties from those that lived it. There is no biased view because it is told from first hand experience. It has truly made me appreciate the decade in a different way.

Captures social and economic change

The best, first-person accounts of the critical changes of the 1960s. Especially impressive (and relevant to today's business focus on climate change and corporate greening) is Marilyn Laurie's recollection of the birth of environmental activism and her almost-accidental role in launching New York's first Earth Day.

Great Read

This was a great book. The stories were really informative and the book covers a full range of 1960's subjects.
