This book is about navigating and embracing the challenges that women, especially Black women, often experience in midlife. From 50 to Fabulous encourages women to take time to Reflect, Reconnect, and Redirect their energies into creating a life full of joy and purpose. As Black women, if we don't take care of ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and financially, then our community and ultimately our world suffers. Readers will walk away from this book with 1) a deeper appreciation and gratitude for the life they are living, 2) an understanding that they are part of the collective power of Black women, and 3) a greater awareness of their importance and self-worth.
