Not good condition, missing one disc

I love this series, and wanted to watch it again from the beginning. Imagine my surprise to discover the second episode would not play at all maybe due to a scratch? And on disc two I ran into the same issue where it glitched so much it wouldn’t play and that’s when I noticed that it’s missing disc three entirely! Extremely disappointed in the quality of this item.
