What a great little book! As a webmaster, I spend much of my time coaching folks on how to get around the internet, and how to use their software. Now I can just point them to this book. My website is pet-oriented (dogs) so the combination of internet advice and pet-lover advice is ideal. Gloria's book is well-organized and makes it so easy for pet lovers to plan their searches on the internet.
