Excellent end-of-life review from the author's perspective

Having read this book long ago, this subsatance of this stays in my mind. I have long been looking for a copy for my own re-reading and to offer to patients and those needing to understand just how one may feel, view, and express lasts months of a terminal illness. Initially, as a student having just lost a family member, it was recommended to me. Now having served as a hospice nurse, and daily working with those faced with decisions and reflections of the mortality of life, I would like to offer this text as an example, a release for those suffering, and a insight for those of us needing to dredge up all the understanding and patience to deal with a terminal disease.
