Wonderful illustrations

I was so happy to find this book and add it to my collection. I collect children's books of cats and witches which is, yes, a little off the wall. But this book is a jewel and the illustrations are fantastic.
Our Kids Love This One
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 19 years ago
Okay, so the story is a little off the wall, but my kids love it. My niece and nephew love it. Heck, even the babysitter loves it. When we read it to our kids, we always talk about the moral at the end of the story; about being careful what you wish for, and what kind of experiences we've all had when something we wished for didn't come out as planned. While I will agree that this book isn't for everyone, if your child likes books that are a little gross or have funny monsters in them they'll love this one. The illustrations, by the way, are terrific.
