absolutely charming

This grumpy little fox who doesn't want to get dressed or go to school or even go to bed at night is something children and parents alike can identify with in this adorable story. Once again, Anna Alter is making her mark on childrens' books--the story is timeless, the drawings are warm and vivid. Most notably, Alter's illustrations exude a richness reminiscent of drawings in times past. A must-have for any child's bookshelf.
