The Formulators operate as a special unit out of Heaven which will formulate solutions for specified recipients to achieve a goal which will add more love and compassion to the future. These recipients are helped at a time when their life's and/or abilities are in jeopardy. By saving the life of a person or eliminating hardships which will keep them from achieving success, it will ultimately add more love and compassion to the future.
