I find this book overwhelming due to it's lack of photos and excessive prep but the recipes are tasty and healthy so it is worth the buy. Overall I do favor How Not To Die and The China Study cookbooks due to their simplicity and excellent photos so I know what I am eating.
Bursting with Berries Cobbler is a family pleaser!

Our granddaughters gobbled up the Lima Bean Stew! So many easy and delicious Whole Foods plant based recipes with no oil. The Eggplant Dengaku Stir Fry was quick and so flavorful! Indonesian “fried” Noodles was delightful and the Spinach and Sweet Potato Lasagna was a comfort food. The desserts didn’t disappoint and we loved everything we tried: Apple Crisp, Banana Bread, Gingerbread Mamas, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, and Peanut Butter Granola Bars.
It would have been a perfect book if it had more photos.
