The recipes looked just like the photos in the book!

How many times have you made a recipe and it never looked like the photo in the cookbook? Well, I made Paella de Verdutas that is the Cover photo and my dish looked exactly like that photo! It Was also delicious! Gallo Pinto: Costa Rican Breakfast Bowl turned out perfectly and looked just like the photo. It had a deep, warm flavor that was so rich! We’re going to make the Russian Beet Burgers with Dill Slaw for dinner tonight and Sorghum Hopping’ John on New Year’s Day. I love cooking, especially when the dishes are colorful with so delicious! Directions are clear, sometimes a bit time consuming with lots of ingredients, but worth it! This author creates recipes with complex and rich flavors!
