Ideal for anyone questioning the meaning of life.

This book cuts to the soul of every human being who has wondered about the meaning of life. The fact theat the protagonist is a police officer makes it even more interesting. As with most individuals who become discouraged and disillusioned about life, finding meaning and purpose for living is sometimes a very difficult path to find. I like the way the story line is filled with questions about the different ways people go about looking for answers to life's riddle. I thought the ending was very positive and uplifting, even though it was not what I expected. I highly recommend this book, especially to police officers.
