Spanky and Dre were two innocent young boys who were best friends. They started out stealing candy as a game when they were younger from the neighborhood candy store. They assuredly graduated to robbing banks. Although they had girlfriends and were with them a lot, the two girls Tori & Samantha were clueless to their double lifestyle. It later became known to the both of them and the entire city who the bandits were. During their countless robberies and scores, they were being tailed by two relentless detectives. By the time the detectives finally figured out and caught up with Spanky, Dre and now Uncle Rufus. It was like World War II in Randall Park Mall. Lives were shattered and turned from that moment on.
