Really 4 and a half

If there were a 4 and a half star rating, I'd have given it here. This is the first Grant book I read (found it in a used book store at the beach...is that karma, or what?) and I was terribly impressed, albeit not so much with his story as with his prose. This guy has lyrical talent aplenty, and the story line is pretty darn good too...about the only thing creepier than a haunted amusement park is a possessed clown, right? Anyway, I recommend it highly.

A story of people haunted by their own fear

The haunts in this novel are both natural and supernatural. All the characters must confront their deepest fears and only the strongest survive. Will give you chills on even the hottest of summer days.
