This cookbook was a real learning experience for me!

The thing I like the best about this cookbook is that, rather than limiting me to specific recipes, it is helping me learn how to cook by concepts. Have you ever wanted to play around and substitute different ingredients, but were reluctant to try because you had no clue how to do it? Or were concerned about the time/trouble/expense of ingredients and the fear that what you would produce would be totally inedible? If so, this cookbook is for you! Dian Hagen
