This handy little book fits easily in a pocket or purse. It works nicely with the rest of the First Place program to help you know what exchanges you are about to eat or have eaten! While this book is not as comprehensive as other calorie counting books, it is the perfect size to take with you.

Because of its small size, it is limited. Not all foods are listed. But if you want to be able to double check portion sizes for common foods, this little book will help.
