I was lucky enough to take the Fearful Flyers course from the authors in 1995. It changed my life. I now eat and sleep like a baby on flights, no matter what is going on - HONESTLY! Get this book for you and your loved ones to cure whatEVER fears you may have about flying, large or small. All of your questions are answered in this book. You may even wind up knowing more than your flight attendents about the weather and flying. Read and study this book, and relax! You may even wind up enjoying flying!

Best Bargain I Ever Got

Book follows US Air Fearful Flyers Program almost exactly. Program was excellent! Unfortunately they have discontinued program but as successful graduate of the program I highly recommend the book for anyone who has a fear of flying. The difference it has made in my life is incredible.

I know this book works because I was in the first Fearful Flyers Class that was taught by the authors in 1975 and I have been flying ever since!
