This book shows you designs of free motion quilting but it doesn't teach you how to do it definitely not for beginners Eva a Larkin has a free motion quilting made easy 186 designs from eight simple shapes if you are a new promotion quilter this is a book to have it is awesome I would recommend this to all beginners
