Seller is great

I bought this book for a promotional exam and within a couple days it fell apart. The seller replaced it and told me I could keep the one I already highlighted in until the test and then return the defective one. I have talked to alot of my ff's who are having the same problem, but not getting the service I got from this seller. Seller is terrific.

A must have in the fire service
