One of the few books that points you to the true leading indicators.

I've long been a fan of the fact that the health of my business has nothing to do with last period financials or next period's projected financials. It has everything to do with the "Wanna" that's built into leadership. If leadership has "Will and Skill" then you can start out bankrupt and resourceless and come out on top. Ask Andrew Carnegie. Very good book and very usable information.

The chapter title, Corporate Viagra, immediately tells you that this book is going be interesting. FitzGerald has found a way to tap into the soul of a company and ignite it!

It is right on target!!

I'm only half way through the book, Fire in the Corporate Belly, and I'm telling you already that this is a great book. It is right on target with what we are doing, renewing our company.
