A captivating story

My 5 and 7 year old daughters LOVE this book. We have read it three times since receiving it in February. We tend to read it like we do chapter books as there are natural stopping points. The book is captivating, full of imagination, and very easy to follow. The illustrations are charming. My 7 year old enjoys how the words SON and SUN are used throughout the book. It is a beautifully written story with a strong message which clearly comes through. Many of the flowers mentioned in the books are now planted in our yard as this book has sparked an interest in gardening with my daughters. Thank you Andrea for creating the Flower Kingdom Series. We can't wait for more books!

Beautiful story and illustration

My children and I love this book. It has a wonderful message, and the pictures are beautiful. It has become a favorite at our house.
