The location of the lands of the Book of Mormon has been a lively subject for discussion for many years, even centuries. Many people, including myself, have wondered just where the place is located that Lehi and his little colony landed in the Americas. And where, before that, the People of Mulek landed. Then much longer before that the Brother of Jared and his people also arrived. They came first, then the People of Mulek, and later the Lehites, and yet they all have lived in about the same place.The theory that I am proposing is based on many key points, which form the underlying basis for my beliefs. It has been an accepted theory for over 150 years that Central America or Mesoamerica is the place where the three groups landed and there have been many arguments given for that place. But even though I tried for most of my life to make that place fit the circumstances in Mormon's record, I finally gave it up and developed my own theory based on only what I could read in that book and other primary sources.
