"Finding the Key To Your Castle" was written as a helpful guide for homeowners, board members, managers and realtors. Although California specific in some regards, it has a lot of basic information that will help people in homeowner associations understand what a common interest development is all about. Its a fun read, with two made up characters sharing their insight. It was written by a Board member and Attorney who shared a common interest in helping people overcome misunderstandings based on a lack of education about HOAs. It has received rave reviews from owners, board members, managers and yes, realtors. Anyone who wants to know more about HOA living could benefit from reading this book.
