I found this book an easy and informative read. A great tool for the professional builder who wishes to add profit to the bottom line.

Great Return on Investment

Dixon goes right to the heart of the custom home builders issues; "your profit percentage is directly proportional to your management performance." Anybody can build a home and loose money. Dixon writes an easy to follow guide on how to make money as a custom home builder. He has great passion for the subject and has learned all he shares in his book from first hand experience. Excellent read, great return on investment.
