Easiest finance book to read out there

I had to buy this book for my MBA Finance class. Out of all the textbooks I have used so far in the program I would have to say this one has been the most useful, I can definitely see myself referring to this in the future back at work. Even if finance is brand new to you, this book you will be able to understand.
