Have you ever wondered why a person is fidgeting? You watch them through the corner of your eye as they are immersed in their own world. You ask yourself what's gotten them nervous - are they anticipating good news, or are they on the edge of their seat because of anxiety? What is it that they are expecting?

One's actions often reveal more about them than their words. In this case, the action is none other than one's detestable habit to fidget. Fidgeting has truly been condemned in society; it is regarded as a deplorable habit, despised by everyone, denounced and even called distracting. Yet, it is inevitable to all.
