Volkmer makes it simple and straightforward

I may be biased because I've had Volkmer as a professor in college, but this book does an excellent job at presenting the workshop format. It is simple and straightforward and makes writing a dream everytime I set out to write a short story. He defines a lot of terms and has included some excellent student examples to help the reader. Check out "Pooh" for an unforgettable story!
