Ordered correct book. Received the wrong edition!!!

I was sent the wrong edition of the book. This was for my son and we assumed it was the right book until he got deep into the course. He thought he was doing something wrong when he couldn’t do his work correctly cause he had the wrong edition of the book. Of course I assumed I received the correct book. Looking back at the order online I did order the right book. I was just sent the wrong edition of the book.
