ALIVE AGAIN!

First came the anger. Mary was asking me to ask alot, maybe too much, of myself. No wonder people are so opinionated about her work. She challanged me to look first within, then, to the outside, for sources of help. I was desperate, so I accepted part of the challenge, and got some positive results. My involvement grew from there. Now I am about half-way through the book and can see that I will someday be able to live with the same vigor as a "non-fibro" person. And I am no longer angry with Mary, or myself.

The Last Book on Fibromyalgia I Will Need to Buy!

This one did it! It took me by the hand and guided me from one pain filled day to the next, until there was no pain. I was desperate. I had tried every natural aid and technique, every synthetic aid and technique, and had seen every well-known specialist in the midwest and east. But guess what? The answer was there all along, in this simple, non-academic book. Thanks Mary. From my heart.

I must tell everyone how much good this book has done for me. Since purchasing it two months ago I am much improved. I've had fibromyalgia for seven years, so this was just a fantastic discovery. And it is so very easy. At least 75% of my muscle pain has stopped. But perhaps the single best result from the book is that the shear joy of living is gradually returning! Thank you Mary Moeller.

An excellent step-by-step guide to becoming healthy again.

This book walks you through the program Mary, her daughter, and now many others, used to regain their health. It utilizes lifestyle changes including diet, pain control, getting adequate sleep and exercises found to increase strength and decrease pain. I found the book to be so helpful that I now use it as a "workbook" for our fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue support group. After only a few months, our members are reporting amazing improvements in their symptoms. It is the perfect compliment for the Getting Well Support Group Leader's Guide that I use.
