Great book. but how do we make this happen??

excellent book. THIS is how the legal system in the USA should be run. simplified and affordable, easy access for everyone, NOT just for people with BIG money. the book is written by attorneys, and offers great ideas. But I don't beleive it mentions HOW to make the info in this book a reality, or if anyone is even trying too? Most attorneys don't want the system revamped and fair. why? cause lawyers have a mononoply... and earn BIG money from a corrupt system. so I can't see them wanting to change it for the better of the people. After all, was the legal system NOT created "for the people" in the first place? somewhere along the line, someone forgot that simple fact Nolo.com use to have the book on their site, but Im currently unable to find it. did they do away with it? every american should read this book and encourage people in congress and the white house to take action and make our legal system exactly what this book mentions.... fair and accessable for all americans. regardless of their income.
