This book is amazing! It completely explains all the factors related to obesity - it's cause and it's true cures. Moreover, it gives the most detailed explanations of what Thermogenesis is and which substances will "turn on" this fat burning dynamo on in the human body. As a person who has struggled with obesity for most of his life, this book was an eye opener into the real cause of my disease - lack of "FIRE" or Thermogensis. After reading this book, you'll understand why certain "fat burning" pills will work and why a low-carb diet is best for fat loss.
